Agreement between you and Make it Yours
By using Make it Yours, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. You must be of an age where you are legally capable of entering into a contract or you have an adult complete the contract for you.
Free trial and paid subscription
When you sign up, you can become a Paying Subscriber immediately or at any time up to the end of a free trial (which lasts 14 days). At the end of the trial period, we will contact you to give you the option to convert to being a paying subscriber, either opting to take a monthly or yearly subscription. Monthly and Annual subscriptions will automatically renew, though you can cancel at any time.
Cancellation of your subscription
If for any reason you decide that you do not want to continue with your subscription, you can cancel it through Pay Pal, at any stage.
Fees and renewals
Monthly and annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Make it Yours monthly plan
A monthly subscription gives you access to your Visual Success Maps (VSMs), template VSMs and other features on a monthly rolling basis and can be cancelled at any time.
Make it Yours annual plan
An annual subscription gives you access to your Visual Success Maps (VSMs), template VSMs and other features on a yearly rolling basis and can be cancelled at any time.
Failure to provide subscription payments
If you stop paying for your account, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately. If you are unable to change your designated payment method, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription until we can charge you again.
Group Subscriptions
Group subscriptions can be entered into with Make it Yours. In these cases, a separate contract will be signed and an agreed number of VSM Licences sold to the client for an agreed term. The Client will nominate its own Group Administrator who will manage its account and ensure users comply with these Terms and Conditions of use, where applicable.
Consent to receive emails
Make it Yours may send you emails, but you can unsubscribe at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property rights
Make it Yours’ intellectual property belongs to us. You agree not to copy or sell any of our intellectual property.
No unlawful or prohibited use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Ownership and preservation of your materials
The VSMs you create and store on our Web Application belong to you, but if required to by law, we have the right to share them with the Police.
Data protection
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with data protection requirements when using our website. Our responsibilities are covered in our Privacy Policy, below.

The links we provide to other websites are for your information or use only. We don’t endorse and are not responsible for the content on those websites.

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Make it Yours Website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information on the Website. Make it Yours may make improvements and/or changes to the Website at any time. Fee paying subscribers
Make it Yours’ liability to you for any loss or damage is limited to damages of an amount equal to the subscription fee(s) received by Make it Yours for the twelve-month subscription period prior to the date on which the liability arose. Under this paragraph:
- “You” includes any other party claiming through you; and
- “Loss or damage” includes any losses, damages, costs or expenses whatsoever or howsoever arising in connection with use of the Website and Web Application, whether under this agreement or other agreement or as a result of any misrepresentation, misstatement or wrongful act or omission, including negligence.
This section of the Terms does not affect claims relating to death or personal injury caused by negligence and does not limit or exclude any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
